CHEAP Laminate Flooring

Hello,

I'm looking to buy some ridiculously cheap laminate flooring.

Me and my bf are moving into a new house (rented accomodation) and we'll probably be there for a while - we've be given the go ahead to put flooring down to cover the grotesque pea green shag carpet in our room but obviously don't want to fork out too much!

We won't know the exact measurements till we move in Saturday - but have a rough idea.

Any ideas?

if ur planning on staying there for a while maybe you should consider buying flooring thats not too cheapy and will get damaged easily. Also a lot of the cheap stuff comes apart sometimes.

No suggestions as to where you can get good priced flooring - just thought i'd share my views with you

We did consider spending out a little more - but we're on a tight budget and as well, we're moving in with two of our friends - so our room is merely for sleeping as we have another single bedroom as our wardrobe (which has laminate flooring) - Cheapest I've found is about £9per sq metre, which isn't too bad, but anything cheaper would be great!

homebase have 25% off laminate at the minute - pity you missed the 10% days last friday and saturday worked out as 35% off - however they do have beach laminate at 8.99 for either 2.1 or 2.5sqm

Wickes have some of the cheapest (sure it was around £6 sq metre) which is good enough, I had it in the kids bedroom and was hard wearing, funnily enough I find that some of the cheaper stuff is harder wearing. You obviously aren't going to cover the carpet with it tho .....are you?

Yeah I saw this! This is my first option at the moment, but thought id check here to see if anything cheaper is knocking about!

]£4 sq metre

Suitable for heavy domestic and light commercial areas with the exception of wet or humid rooms such as bathroomsSuitable for use in: hallway, lounge, dining room, kitchen, office, bedroom, playroom and conservatories

I think this is what I laid, the view I took is at that price I can afford to replace it every year or so. Piece of cake no glue just cut and click it together.

Average bedroom say 15 sq metres = £60.

Fabulous! Thanks you!

You can make it even cheaper...write a review on it(before you buy it).....they send you a £10 voucher off your next online purchase......buy the flooring online.....free delivery over £45 which yours probably will be....job done.

Reckon you could do the room for the £45 which is ridiculous.

The fibre board you lay under the boards will be dearer than the boards soon.

The reviews of this flooring are excellent.
