cheap train or plane + hotel for hen weekend

I'm trying to arrange a hen weekend for end Feb/March 2007. Open to suggestions but would love a bargain. Travelling from south wales so flights/trains from Cardiff if poss. Will consider anything - deals on spa breaks, cheap hotels, cheap flights - UK or abroad. Nothing too adventurous. Just a few girls having a few cocktails/bottles of wine and a girlie giggle!

Thanks

fancy having a male along??...well Dublin is a good spot but the booze is expensive.. and I expect you are looking for direct flights from Cardiff...what about Amsterdam ..how many nights are you planning because you do not want to spend too much time on travel if it's only a couple of nights.
I'm sure someone can advise on a good spot for such a celebtration.

Preferably direct flights from Cardiff. My other half is going to Glasgow on the same weekend so I wouldn't like to spoil his fun and turn up in the same place! It'll be for either one or two nights. Doesn't have to be abroad i.e. if someone knows of any discounted train fayres to anywhere in the UK and also a bargain hotel then that would be fab too.

Thanks

]BMI have a 'winter meltdown' on at the mo so you might find some cheap flights from Cardiff .

[FONT="Verdana"][COLOR="Green"]Hiya! My first thought was come up to Edinburgh (brill town), but weather's not great Feb / March unless yr incredibly lucky. Better, maybe, to get away to somewhere warm? Try looking at:

Phew! Reading through that lot should keep you out of mischief until March - say no more
