Try Eurotunnel, use day.overnight and buy a return ticket, will only cost around £49. You only going to use it one way, but still cheaper than a single ticket!

I got a cheaper quote every time with eurotunnel but you must go direct to their site

    i used to use speedferries
they don't go to calais but boulogne, which is like a 20min drive from calais anyways, and closer to paris if thats where ur heading
    speedferries.co.uk

i now use eurotunnel but book in adv. for the simple fact that my other half gets seasick very easily

The problem with using only one part of a return ticket is that Eurotunnel and the Ferry companies have your credit card and they have been known to charge for the cost of a single ticket when people have not used both portions of a return ticket. :?

:oops:Sorry about the picture earlier guys, was because I hotlinked an image, but as my browser had already stored the original, I couldn't see what you could. Will be more careful in future, I promise

thanks for all your help guys, much appreciated!!

Just recieved this morning from norfolklines
£5 off a return fare to France if you book before 15th June and travel before 17 December quoting offer code CN2.
Norfolkline used to be very cheap if you are up for night travel. Worth checking if thats something you could do. They suggest that have offpeak sailings from £18.
I guess you have already made arrangements by now though.
