Look into payperparcel.co.uk, parcel2go, parcel monkey etc. You should be able to increase the insurance value to what you need. Also check out royal mail special delivery prices.

parcelmonkey is the cheapest thanks
15.45 for 19kgs

You can try senditnow.com webpage to get parcelforce service and the prices starts at 10.50.
I have used them before without any problems

parcelforce is £20.50,

Collect + for £3.49 includes £50 insurance up to 10kg.
or add extra insurance for £1 more (not sure how much more it is covered)

You can send upto 10kg for £3.50 via collect+ (insured and tracked - dunno to what value)

So might be worth splitting it into 2 parcels?

collectplus.co.uk/

EDIT
Sorry - just saw someone has already mentioned collect+
