Cheapest DOMAIN NAME registration

Basically my contract with a company is ending soon. I'm currently with them for hosting and my domain. The site is pretty small and doesn't get much traffic so I'm looking at using 4444mb.com/ for my hosting.

This however, just leaves me needing to register my domain somewhere. Does anybody have any reccomendations for somebody cheap? Like I say, I only need to register the name.

    Cheers, any help is appreciated!

So are you looking for a webhost as well as a domain name?
or just a domain name registration?

does it end in .com / .org / .co.uk or other?

    www.godaddy.com - .com domains at $9.15

Use this coupon: ]cjcdeal72to get it down to $7.15

Sorry Ladies/gents if I stuck this in the wrong bit. I can use the site (at my above link) for my hosting needs so I basically need somewhere to register my domain, which is .com

Cheers for the input, especially ravster. I'll check on this again tomoz and hand out rep etc. Too tired now

I will be very surprised if you can get a .com for less than the $7.15 Ravster posted, less than £4.

    www.namecheap.com - Good service and only $8.88

Google "go daddy" and there should be an ad for .COMs for $6.95!! Use … Google "go daddy" and there should be an ad for .COMs for $6.95!! Use INTERFACE at Namecheap for $7.95 .COMs, .NETs and .ORGs.I prefer Namecheap as their control panel is easier to use and you get free Whoisguard with each domain purchase.

Plus an ICANN fee of 20 cent to make it $7.15

My last GoDaddy name worked out at £3.84 last week. Sounds good to me!

Think 1and1 offer quidco aswell, So they might work ok cheaper They're good for domains, But rubbish for hosting!
