I have bought 2 iphones from them, grade B - they were immaculate and still had some apple warranty still active on them. (In addtion to cheapest electrical's 12 month warranty)

I have bought another item from them and it had a fault - they were very quick at sorting it out. Courier sent to the door to swap it for a replacement. (ie I gave the courier the faulty item and he gave me a working replacement)

I am not sure what condition their grade C stuff is, but have been very pleased with grade B

I've returned two with no issue at all. Both phones were in great condition (B or B+), just changed mind. Have subsequently purchased an iPhone 11 from them and kept it. Battery health was 100%.

Bought 2 iPhone XRs B grade from them. Both had 100% battery and between 7 & 11 months apple warranty left. Both were pristine, with original boxes and accessories.

They’re really good, I’ve had a few grade B items and they looked brand new, they seem to be really strict with their grading.
