I'm searching for the cheapest deals for mobile smartphones to buy and provide to Ukrainian refuges who arrive. Charities seem to be overwhelmed and not replying or out of stock. Some people donate theirs but those go fast. There are several companies that provide sims for them already but not everyone who arrives have working phone on their hands hence the demand. The cheapest new smartphone I found so far was 39.99 - Alcatel 1 from Argos. Are there any similar better deals around that anyone has seen? Second hand/ refurbished deals are also welcome of course.
