Check Amazon Orders for HD-DVD BOGOF from June for being Overcharged

I checked my order (after noticing something wrong on bank statement) and turned out i had been overcharged for 3 of my 6 HD-DVD's (by way of not getting the discount),

What to do:
Log into your amazon account and see orders from the last 6 months and find the HD-DVD BOGOF one and check its right all HD-DVD's should have a £3.50 odd promotion assuming you bought an even number and from under the promotion page.

If something is wrong:
call 0800 279 66 20
pick the final option
confirmed details and the order number, and titles you got overcharged for

let them know i had been overcharged for 3 of the items and possibly due to them being delayed and maybe the promotion had ended by then (she agreed and gave me the refund of £10.45 even though she couldn't see the promotion on the system). Also said that there was no way i could have picked the wrong ones as there was just a selection in the promotion to pick on a page in Amazon.

Considering the phone call is free and logging into your account is free its worth a check

This is a very short version as my browser has refreshed 2 times losing my progress in letting you all know

I assume this was the correct place to list and sorry if this has been posted before?

I had the same problem thought it was just me and whilst on the phone i emailed them the order confirmation with the offer on and they refunded the payment.

Just checked all mine and they have promotion prices subtracted so think i am ok, thanks for bringing this up though, will def help some people out

thats seems easier though its so long ago i would have to look through 500+ emails to find it though if you do get turned down they cant argue if you did that

Yeah I had this and sent an email at end of June and 2 weeks ago finally got a reply apologising saying they are refunding half the order, Cant check it has gone through though as no branches of my bank or cash machine anywhere(nearest machine is about 16 miles away)

i agree its the only reason i spotted it apparently the transfer will only be 2-3 days quick then them paying me for stuff i sold
