Checking order status/previous orders on o2 website


    Because i cant see how/where?


    I had problems with this before. I managed to find it by clicking support > (under General help) Help > (under popular q's) How do i track my order. For some reason it took my 2 attempts before it went to the right page. don't forget to sign in first.

    Thanks for that, it also took me 2 attempts and it says 'YOU HAVE NO ORDERS'

    This is really weird because i have a order and i havnt had any confirmation emails or anything.

    I dont want to do the order again incase i get charged twice.

    maybe give them a call, if you have an O2 phone then call 202. For some reason i had 2 accounts with them, one for orders and one for my phone.

    I never received any email from my order either, just a text saying it was dispatched but it never got here but thats a different story lol

    Check you bank statement online if you can, see if the money has been debited.
