Checkoutsmart: Request Payment issue

So last week I requested payment as my balance was over £20.
I noticed i didn't receive any email notification for this request.
I waited 5 business days and still no email/payment.
I raised a support ticket and the advisor states he's not received my payment request. He was able to manually action this and after 2 days payment was received.

Anyone have this issue?
