hello I had few emails saying how I must log onto website and bind card , now I never use website to book with unlimited card just the app, so didn't think I need too and in last email there said if I synch on website,I couldn't use the app for the time being.

now I am in the app, but I can't see my booking, I no there still valid, but do I still need to bind my card
