Claiming cashback on mobile contracts

I'm into the 6th month of my contract with orange for a phone i bought from The Link last year.

On my cashback form, it states " To claim please send a copy of your receipt, 1st & 6th month airtime bill and this portion of the form completed to..."

Does this mean i need to send a COPY of my 1st and 6th month airtime bills or the ACTUAL bills themselves? Has anyone done this with The Link and is there anything i need to be careful with?

I would send the original, but keep a copy and send them either RD or SD.
Have you looked at the Ducks Mobile help thread?
I'll find a link.

Thankyou mate

I have a contract with them and it does state you can send copies, but please remember to send a copy of your receipt as without this it will not be accepted.
