Clarks help needed!

I've seen some shoes for my daughter on the clarks website, but never ordered from there before, they seem to deliver to local stores for collection and fitting?
Is this compulsory? Only they were intended as a christmas present for her so don't really want her seeing them beforehand?
I know her size so that shouldnt be an issue?

Can you not change delivery to your home address?

I've collected kids shoes from my local store several times without fitting.

Can't change to home delivery, states kids shoes are collection and fitting only.
Didn't want to order a pair, only to be told that I couldn't have them if she wasn't with me!

No, that won't happen. I got a pair for my son last week for him to try on at home, no problem about just taking them from store without him being there. Clarks are really helpful. They will probably still exchange after Christmas if they are no good, but that doesnt seem to be an issue for you anyway. Order away and collect from your local shop with confidence! (I took them back a few days later, and got an instant refund too).

I collected some from store without my lad with me. The store assistant just noted on the receipt that they hadn't been fitted
