Click and collect help

Sold few items on Ebay to same buyer I always post recorded delivery is this necessary with sending to argos click and collect I've written postage label with the code in the 2nd line of address but my question is if I dont send it recorded delivery can buyer say item not recieved ? Or does click and collect sending not Require recorded delivery TYIA

As long as Argos register your collection code, which will be on your delivery label, there’s no way the buyer could say the item didn’t arrive.
I’ve had items delivered via click and collect and you get a email ebay with a code confirming item needs collecting once Argos receive it
