Clumsy Superdrug Employees

Today I went to Superdrug to collect my order and the employees there are so clumsy. What's worse is that they hadn't sent me one of my items. I feel like they are using this pandemic as an excuse to get orders wrong and act clumsy and careless towards customers. Shame on Superdrug!

Funnily enough, same thing happened to me on Friday when collecting medication for a relative from Superdrug.

My conclusion was slightly different from yours though. I put it down to one of things that happens to everyone (except you obviously) and said I'd pop back in when the outstanding item was ready.

Shame on Superdrug!

First world problems.
Employees probably exhausted right now are only human.
Maybe take your superior self off to a higher class organisation who can lay down the red carpet for you.
This is the type of service I expect nowadays, unfortunately.

Superdrug employees are always talking to each other now, they look so board when you see them
So being clumsy is no longer acceptable?
I'd like to know the reasoning why you think they want to get orders wrong and be clumsy and careless?

I would also like to know, why? as I am sure majority of staff do try their best. I also think that like a lot of other companies, the orders are not done in store , so its Warehouse staff that do the picking.

I do agree that its not acceptable to get orders wrong, speak to customer service.

He didn't get his prescription Viagra on time

Interesting, so what exactly was his action?
Yep businesses love to get orders wrong when no one's looking. Really helps with the profit margins and causes no extra admin at all!
