I get cold too - When I got in at 8.15, it was roasting 'cos there was no air con on. Then at 9.15 they must have turned it on 'cos I was freezing lol. I set under an air con vent though. The jumper is on now and all is well

i think it's a problem with the heating not just switched off, there are no managers in on our floor today!

Sorry Ham, looks like you have to wait till it gets to 16 degrees before you can legally go home paid.

When purchasing ham, check the label for fat and water content as well as … When purchasing ham, check the label for fat and water content as well as cooking and storage information. Ham should have a reddish-pink colour. Avoid any ham that is slimy or has a greenish tinge.Store all ham in the refrigerator in its original wrapping. Check the freshness date to determine how long you can keep it. Sliced ham will keep three to four days in the refrigerator. Leftover ham will keep, tightly wrapped, for four to five days in the refrigerator. Freezing ham is not recommended because it changes the meat’s flavour and texture. If the ham must be frozen, store it in the freezer at or below 18°F (0°C) and use it within two months.

I bet your heating turns itself off when the clocks do forward. Can you answer a phone whilst running on the spot.

My employer basically switches the heating on when the clocks go back and switches it off when the clocks go forward

don't think you will have much luck in being sent home, my step son's school was still open when it was - 15 degees c.

    +1

had my windows open all day too.

Methinks the OP is a bit of an old woman

To be fair sat a desk and answering the phone is going to make you feel colder. It's not the OPs fault the work isn't active and offices especially have a responsibility to keep temperatures warm. Ever sat in a chair for 7 hours in a room that cold??
