Collect+

Hi does anyone who has used collect+ know, if when the tracking shows as: at collect+ agent, it means that it is available to pick up? my parcel has been showing this status for over a day but still not had the email to say if i can pick it up or not.

I've only used them once and I think mine was similar to yours.
It was at the agent one day and I got an e-mail the next day.
I can't think of any reason for the one day delay other than perhaps their systems are only updated once a day.
If it's not too far away, go and see if it's there.
Or phone them.

When I collected mine, I didn't need to show any ID whatsoever, despite the site telling me I need this that and the other to prove who I was.
I had the ID on me, they just didn't ask to see it.

when it says received by collect+ agent it usually means its been offloaded from the main van onto the little local vans, it will usually say received at store ( and the name / address of that store ) when available for collection.
