    Hi got a washer dryer from comet that broke and got replacement vouchers but they wont buy me a new one, any idea when their offers will change as i really neeed one but dont want to have to pay more!!!!
    Paid £300 for machine but only get 273 back as free delivery i was promised has to come off. They are lying misselling scum dogs.

    oohhh i think you maybe able to use the vouchers online...otherwise search for the nearest comet clearence outlet. I know we have on in walsall or wolverhampton near us!

    Comet customer service is by far one of the worse i have come across. Last time we had a laptop issue we had to print of the consumers act and trade description act....and take it all with us!!!!!

    That doesnt seem right though them taking the money off for delivery? It was free delivery. You should get back the full cost of what the machine cost

    I won't go to comet anymore no after they messed my daughter about with her fridge/freezer over xmas it took them 3 months to sort out delivery of a new one and loads of appts where an engineer was going to come round and never turned up! Thats the end of comet for us!:x

    waiting for them to ring me back as the sales person i spoke to yesterday told more bare faced lies about the insurance policy to try and re sell it, thats when i walked out, customer services have promised me the manager will ring me. asked if he was FSA compliant he said of course!!! absolute disgrace

    I have recently had a good result from Comet. Purchased an 32” LG TV (32LG7000) on Boxing Day £349. Had various sound faults and a total of four unsuccessful repairs. The store we purchased from offered use our money back. This amount would not buy a TV of anywhere near the same speck. We went to a different store about 15 miles away to be told we cloud pick any TV to the value of £599 which should give us the same speck or take the £349 cash refund.

    How long did you have this washer before it broke?

    If it was a short period I'd definately have demanded a full refund in cash/card refund (dependant how it was originally paid),no vouchers & no reductions in amount paid
