    Hi all,

    I placed an order at bigoffers.co.uk and have not received my wireless adapter. Do you think this email covers everything I should mention?

    Hi,

    I placed an order on 7/1/2010 and have received THREE out of FOUR items that I ordered. The Belkin Wireless G Gaming Adapter is missing (BELKIN-01203) furthermore this item is missing on the consignment sheet!

    I would like to remind you that the Wireless Gaming Adapter is the fundamental reason behind me placing this order; if I do not receive this I expect a full refund that includes postage and packaging. I will take this dispute to Paypal if necessary since it seems I placed the order under false pretences. (I am required to spend over £10 to place my order. Since the value of the item in question is below this amount, I had to purchase other items to reach this .)

    They have contacted others confirming that this item is out of stock and that they will provide a refund. I have not been contacted, since they decided to omit this product from the consignment sheet without explanation suggests that they tried to fob me off. Instead of trying to resolve this problem over a number of exchanged emails, I just want to set the agenda to resolve this as quickly as possible

    consider yourself lucky, i placed an order on 16th decemeber, took almost 3 weeks and several tickets to customer services to finally get my order, and it turned up with 3 items missing. All 3 were now out of stock, so i could only get a refund for the missing items. Told i would get refund in 1-2 days for missing items, 1 week later and i have to contact CS again, finally get my refund today but no compensation for postage costs.

    Theres still no need for the threatening tone of the email. Ask where it is. if its not available return the other stuff. You should be covered under the sale of goos act anyway.

    Exactly the same, doesn't look like it is a one off mistake. Think I'm going to send that email with the 10 days notice added. ;-)

    mine had zero paperwork or stickers, just the all the filler items i didnt really want lol
    oh well i opened a ticket and will prob send all the crap back, shame about the pop up pirate hub
