Computer as fast as possible between £400 and £600

I want to buy a desktop to use in Uni - probably Intel based, ready made computer. A good graphics is essential. Any idea what kind of spec I'm going to be buying into?

I have a laptop already - just want something that I'd be able to work properly on.

^^ no windows or monitor for £370 but windows can be found easily if you know where you are looking
