Computer expert advise on Kensington SD3650 display dock

I was wondering if any of the HUKD computer experts had any suggestions for my displaydock problem.
My Kensington SD3650 display dock was working fine until yesterday, I got these errors on my display and my Epic Game Launcher would not load up and display :

"The procedure entry point MiniDumpWriteDump could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\dlumd10.dll"
"The procedure entry point MiniDumpWriteDump could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\dlumd10.dll"
"The procedure entry point MiniDumpWriteDump could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\dlumd11.dll".

When I uninstall the DisplayLink software I am able to load up my Epic Game Launcher and play my games perfectly but obviously on my small monitor.

I have tried older versions of the DisplayLink but they don't seem to work either. I have my games in windowed mode so that is not the issue as suggested in a similar old thread that I found on the displaylink.org/forum.
I am on Windows 8.1 and Epic Game Launcher is working fine when I have the DisplayLink uninstalled.

Any suggestions or maybe workarounds on how I can get my big display back without these errors?

I have posted my problem in the displaylink.org/forum but I don't think that I will be receiving a reply any time soon.
