Computer Game Profit Margins

Does anyone know what price companies like Amazon and GAME buy games at, for which they sell for around £38.

they make about £8-£12.50 profit on games which they sell at £30+

It used to about 50% less vat on the rrp.

There are also bulk discounts applied at the end of a month and, considering the numbers that Amazon and Game order they may get 60% to 68% off rrp.

Dixon's (when they had store's) used to tell the distributors how much they'd pay for titles...
