Probably is something graphic related cozz it has 3d wrote on it.

It looks like an s-video out graphic card...Is this a trick question?

Graphics/Video card. I believe.

VOODOO? WHO DO?

VGA port, S-Video port, fans for cooling, and the general shape, as well as the name 3D Labs, suggest it is an old graphics card
