Will sound rubbish. Just record your speech and add it to your presentation.

Ah so you don't want to hear your voice? Well get a friend to read it or use some voice changing software. I swear if you go down the text to voice route you'll end up sounding like a tomtom and it will be more embarrassing.

some of them sound human. I once found one which just converts to voice however you cant save the files.

That's not very personal, you sitting down, whilst a voice reads out your presentation. You'd be better off just diving into the deep end, and giving it a go, thats the only way to boost your confidence. After a bit of practice, you'll be able to do it without any problems. Then after that you'll start getting pretty good at it. It's an important life skill, that you will need, and is especially vital for any career you go into.

    will do.

If you can get it done in 15 days you could use the trial version of ]TextAloud.

Unfortunately the basic voices don't sound too amazing but it will do the job. You can save the audio as MP3, WAV or WMA.
