confused over e2save's address details ?

hi, right here goes, my 4th bill has arrived from virgin mobile and according to e2save.come2save.com i have to send it in along with covering letter and chequeback voucher, however the last 3 alpha numeric characters (WS10 7JN ) in the post code on the chequeback vouchers is different to one on the website (WS10 7WZ ) so which one do i send too ?

Also i realise this used to be where you would send your claim for carphonewarehouse.comcarphonewarehouse.com but this company has changed its chequeback address, so, would i send my e2save chequeback stuff to the carphonewarehouse's new address ?

in fact has anyone sent in any cashback in the last month ?

does it say that it must be the originals, I personally would photocopy the bill, voucher and send a copy to each address.

    failing that, call them

i'll phone them if i have to, although i just feel that i would be pulling my pants down for them (because they would obviously rather not pay out this money)

Argh! its 10.03am.... I dont need that picture.

of course they don't wanna pay, thats why the use such a system they hope you forget, thats exactly why you should ring - dont let them get away with it they make too much from these cashback offers.

ijwia..I'm fairly sure that the e2save cashback address has changed to Dunstable...if I recall it was Wednesbury..my advice is to check their website as I'm sure they give details of where to send the cashback claims.

I have an email saying send cashbacks to Dunstable but on the voucher it still shows the Wednesbury address.I sent one of my old contracts to their Wednesbury add and got my cashback but will call them when my new contract comes for cashback as i have 2 addresses.

its got the 2 addresses on the e2save site but i was told by the chequeback telephone crew to send to dunstable and i checked the help section at e2save and it does indeed say dunstable their aswell

On my cashback details, it said to send cashback to: Redemptions, PO Box 4311, Dunstable, LU6 9BJ

Sent mine off the 25th of Nov.. but haven't heard anything back from them yet. Any ideas how long it usually takes?

Mine have never taken that long for a reply by text saying they have recieved the cashback and are processing it.Usually within 10 days i get a reply.Might be worth just calling them and checking if they have received it and if you have sent it recorded you will have proof.

e2save say that they will pay within 28 days of receipt of the claim.

Thanks, no sign of a text.. and I did send it off recorded delivery, just to be safe. I'll give them a chase up call and make sure they got it okay! Thanks :-D
