Connecting an rca signal to a pc monitor???

I would like to connect an rca signal (red, yellow, white cables) to a pc monitor. This auction on ebay appears to be what I'm after however I'm wondering if there's a better option, maybe cheaper? Also any ideas how to power it? It's not going to be near a pc so I'm not sure how else to plug the usb power plug in???

Thanks.

As far as I know they are just for connecting a pc to a tv, ie giving you a tv-out function. I need something with a box like in my post that converts the signal. Any ideas on how to power it? Is there something I can plug into the mains to give me a usb socket???

Seems to do the job but just says power adapter, I assume that's a proper one rather than a usb jobby.

I tried the cheap adaptors but they are all for putting signal out of computer to TV screen, wanted to get my xbox onto my LCD monitor. Hark I'm not paying £30 to do it though.

This is instead of buying a 17" tv so I guess I'm saving £100 odd quid doing it this way.

If its for the 360 you can buy the vga cable for it
