Dear HUKD,

Could anyone who has used diy-kitchens.com give some insight into their experience. I’d like to know

A) how you managed to compose your cart and include all the little extras such as plinths lighting etc. It seems very easy to miss these little things.

B) how much extra worktop you ordered

C) quality and experience of units

D) aftersales and customer care

E) delivery experience

Thanks so much

Best wishes

We used them 2 years ago and were happy. Thing is with them is as you say, you need to have a very 'detailed plan' which 95% places wont give you. I think B&Q is one of the only places that does and it would be very hard without it.

There are always going to be little thing like plinths, parts etc. which they were helpful ordering for us a while and after the kitchen was delivered (i think they expect that from most customers) they were very helpful with getting us the bits and pieces.
Worktop we sourced ourselves through a different company.

Thanks for your comments guys. I have a list from Wickes which seems comprehensive enough so will try and build a basket and take it from there!
