    Continuous photography lighting

Cheap ebay/amazon continuous lighting kits, are they worth it? I'm looking to spend around £60 to ideally set me up with 3 lights, possibly just 2 if worth it? Which kind of light gives the best shot? things to watch out for? Links are welcome.

You don't don't always have to buy proper photography kits.
a guy I know bought led floodlights on stands from screwfix I think it was.
and you can use all sorts of different things as diffusers.
suppose it depends how professional a setup you're wanting.

Go with what you found on EBay. There are some led ones about £64 the pair.
    Don't even consider floodlights.....
You might find this helpful, I did.

Bear in mind how much power you will be drawing from your plug sockets - that why I mentioned led.

You do know LED floodlights are common everywhere now lol

If you're buying regular LED lights, make sure you use daylight balanced bulbs and ideally set your White Balance manually.

If you're using "photographic" light panels, look for ones with a high DRI rated i.e. 95.
This will give higher colour accuracy.
    i.e. Aputure light panels.

If your subject is unable to move continuous lighting will be fine however if your subject moves, flash will produce a far better image.
If you are on a budget loot at stuff on ebay. I just found these lights on ebay and they are excellent value for money ebay Studio Flash
