Copying a original autograph at Jessops?

I have an autograph (signed photo) that I would like to copy. I know that Jessops do a service whereby you can scan the photo in and they will reproduce the photo for you.

I was just wondering if they would have a problem with me getting copies of a original signed photograph? I can't see that they would be just wanted to check before I try!

Anyone!?

I dont think you would have any problems getting copies made.

When i worked at a photo processing store, we were told to tell any customers we couldn't make any copies via scanning if it was on kodak photo paper or photo named paper , something to do with copyright..

Some stores may do it but don't think they're supposed to.

No they cannot legally make copies if it says copyright on the back ?
