Last year was great, free coffee for the whole of December!

You should get a notification pop up if you scan the app when you purchase.

I have an app but usually scan my costa card and my points appear on my app but no notification.
I wonder if this could be the reason why it doesn't work.

It does say to scan the app so probably only works with the app.

I can’t see a Santa icon even after following all the terms and conditions

I don’t get this come up either. Have bought lots of drinks so far too

i dont think this works on iphones - it seems people i know who it works for have android devices (may be coincidence though)
