Today I got a fan out the attic thhat I purchased last year to find it not working. I purchased on 11th July last year and it was dispatched on 14th. So it was either delivered 15th or after. Either way Costco are refusing to accept a return on the basis that I am no longer a member. They point blank refuse to acknowledge anything else and insist I must rejoin to have warranty. Surely this is against consumer law? Has anybody else encountered this issue?
