Courier Delivery - Returns Process

Banned
Ordered a computer and paid for next day delivery service and now found a better deal and bought another one. First computer I bought was from bhsdirect and other is from currys. Bhsdirect have an awkward returns process where I have to post the computer back using my own delivery service and insurance. Is there any way round this? I paid for next day delivery service - coming tomorrow, so could I refuse delivery or what should I do?? Any advice helps. Thanks x

What do i say to the delivery driver? Never done it before and will the parcel go back to bhsdirect and what will happen regarding refunds process??

if you do refuse delivery make sure you get proof from the driver its been returned, just say you no longer want the item.

Under DSR they have to refund your return postage too. Collect plus are good and you can buy extra insurance for £1 for £100, £2 for £200 and £3 for £300.
