Courier that collects unboxed items?

I have some items to collect from the other side of uk, but the person i'm collecting from doesn't have sufficient packaging.

Are there any reasonably priced couriers who can do this? collect the item from the house, and ship it to me undamaged? anyone done this and have any experience to share?

I usually use, parcel2go parcelmonkey and ipostparcels, but they don't seem to offer this, at least on their website.
