AO is helping the NHS by supporting a UK 'heat map' to boost the fight against COVID 19. Sign up to the FREE, ANONYMOUS Evergreen Life app, NHS assured for patient facing services, and say if you have symptoms or not. This will help doctors treat the right people in the right places - and crucially develop better understanding of the virus. Please sign up and share this link with everyone you know. Together we can beat COVID 19. Thank you.

COVID-19 Symptom Map
Together we can understand, track and beat COVID-19. Download the Evergreen Life app for free and help us fight the virus.

The more people that contribute to the heat map, the more accurate and useful it becomes.

Here's how to take part
Whether you have symptoms or not, we encourage everyone to help support this project by taking the COVID Check in the Evergreen Life app. It only takes a few minutes, is completely free and will help us build an accurate national picture which can help track the outbreak.

We’ll be sending notifications to take our COVID Check regularly and encourage anyone who has already answered to do so again, so we can track the change in symptoms and more over time.

A message from our CEO:
"Thanks to our users, we are creating a live, publicly-available heat map of people with COVID-19 symptoms, providing a national picture of the outbreak now that mass testing has been put on hold. Viewed over time, the data should reveal both the extent of the symptoms, but also how they may be moving around the UK. From this exercise we will also be able to personalise your content to help you get the best advice at this critical time.
"You can help us track and fight against the spread of Covid 19 by joining the thousands of people across the UK reporting their symptoms in our app. Please consider downloading Evergreen Life and lending the support of your friends and family. As always with Evergreen the system is anonymous.

A word of caution on these applications.

Not a single one is officially led by Public Health England or the NHS. Researching the companies behind them is also difficult and it's not clear how they are using the data and where it is being aggregated and when and who it will be released to.

Boris cannot endorse one of these apps because they also don't know what the aggregated data is being used for and how accurate the data collected will be owing to human error and intentional misreporting.

Another Application is touting itself as aiming for 1 million downloads in 24 Hrs. That seems at odds with an aim to assist the Govt response.

The owner of AO has arranged an email campaign to all of its subscribers and states;

"As well as being AO's Founder and CEO, I also have a very small interest in helping a business over the last few years called Evergreen Health. Their mission in life is to help people take control of their health and never has this been more important."

I would like to know more about the 'small interest' and the 'return' he may be getting for people onboarding with the application.

This technology certainly has its place but it should be in one application/website which is being led/developed by a trusted Govt Body.
