CPW phones

Just wanted to know, is it usual for a carphone warehouse phone to be unsealed. I received my phone today and the box had been opened, the phone had no plastic wrapper and the clear sticky on the screen had a number of bubbles(almost as if someone had removed it and put it back on). Plus the phone box was quiet tatty. Its supposed to be a new phone not a clearance one. Any opinions?

It's a possibility they've sent you a customer returned one by mistake.

I've never had this problem but if I were you then I'd give them a ring and ask for another.

Spot on...

yeah, sounds like they sent you a returned one by "mistake"!

Thanks guys. Will get on the phone to them!

It is possible that they could have opened the box to check everything was in it before sending it to you, but for the box to be damaged and for the plastic cover not to be intact sounds like it has been used. You should definitely send it back for an exchange.
