Hi,
i need some advice regarding my credit card purchase. I bought two mobile phones online using my credit card back in march but have’t received anything yet. I send many emails to my credit card provider but receive no response from them yet. What should i do now?

Looks as if you have become a "Creditor" my friend.

Credit card company it is. That's if you have waited the alloted refund period in case they are honourable...
Good thing you used credit card. Who's your credit card with.

Most credit card web portals have a facility to "dispute a transaction" which has zero requirement to initially speak to a human.
Dispute soon as the 120day timeframe window for non-S75 fallback may be imminent.

Its kind of a fraud relating credit card purchase

It’s kind of you ordered items you never received really though, isn’t it? And now we know why; company has gone bust.

Earlier HUKD thread as far back as Jan 2020 had multiple suggestions of the site being a scam, in which case subsequent CC fraud is plausible hotukdeals.com/dis…883

As in site owners are committing CC fraud by enticing buyers?

If the site is taking payments for non-existent products, that would be a plausible description.
When the same site and / or its operators are suggesting it will take 90 days to process a refund, the likelihood of something not being legit is kinda high.
