Credit Card Section 75 Query

I have an issue with some purchases which I made via my credit card. One order has not turned up at all and another arrived with items missing. Despite contacting the company numerous times I have had no resolution and the first issue relates to back in December.

The complete missing order will be simple enough, I was just wondering what happens about Section 75 and a partial order. Do I just simply inform the credit card provider of the value of the items missing? Will I need to provide any supporting evidence? The only thing I have is copies of the emails I sent to the company regarding the issues.
