reserved an integrate oven to replace my knackered old one. it's not clear enough for me if they will remove, disconnect and replace my old one and fit and connect the new one if I pay for installation. or do i remove the old one? thing is it'll still be connected so can't see how I would be expected to disconnect it. might be reading in to it too much lol but their installation charge is £45 at the moment

If you've added the removal service then they will remove. Should disconnect if it's gas.

It's electric mate. The 3 options was installation, recycling so they dispose of the old and the new packaging and third was extended warrnty6

We’ll disconnect your old cooker for free*

It's on the website. They will disconnect your old appliance before installing your new one.
Check how it is connected - it may just be on a 13A plug! If the new one is rated at 13A it will definitely be a plug.

Normally just a couple of screws to secure the oven to the kitchen unit to remove and then it will slide out. They're surprisingly not very heavy!

You won't be expected to disconnect it.
Don't pay for recycling, just call your local metal scrap yard or leave it outside your house. They'll take it for free.
