Currys mobile trade in ? In person Vs by post ? Noob 1st timer

I was just hoping someone has experience with the Currys trade in platform?

Is it better to go in person or just post the phone away? I was hoping in person but not sure if that works with the new pixel range. they have a nice promotion ongoing so wanted to just pop in to get that credit? Does anyone know how please?
is it an easy process ?
