Currys return

I bought a tablet featured on HUKD, I tried to cancel online within 12hrs, was not possible. It was delivered, so I thought I will return it, on their invoice there is a return address label, they tell you to phone to arrange a collection and in fairness they tell you will wait for answer, I tried twice, waited over an hour both times..kept saying I'm in a queue, I gave up... I emailed, auto reply say email no longer in use, so I have now posted a written request and awaiting reply. Says I have 21days to return but I cannot get a response from Currys. Any advice on what to do please.
