I am returning a gaming monitor I bought a couple weeks ago as it has a dead pixel center of screen and is very detracting when gaming or watching movies.

Anyway when I filled in return for for a exchange it never asked what the fault was and just sent be a date for collection.

Is it possible they will test it and not find a fault and then return it to me instead of a new one?

Another thing when Item arrived it had a loose cd in box in the case with surface marks so it looks like I received a customer returned item.

Thought about putting a note in box about dead pixel etc. ?
