Cylinder bagless vacuum cleaner wanted

Found 25th May 2009
our 5 years old Bosch vacuum would not start and I guess buying a new one will be cheaper than trying to repair it. I am looking for a cylinder bagless vacuum. Are there any good deals around. I am not looking for big names as Dyson..etc.

We've got an Electrolux that was used twice and then left as wifey got herself a dyson and prefers that. £25 collected near Coventry if any use to you.
I got myself this, after seeing it on this site some months ago. morphyrichards.co.uk/Pro…062

I really like it, it comes with LOADS of accessories which I didnt expect, including a very long stair hose and two turbo heads. The pole is good sturdy metal. You dont have to get your hands dirty when you empty the cylinder, you hold it over the bin and press a button and the bottom opens and the dust falls into the bin.and even cleaning the filter is done by clicking a switch. My son has battered and thumped it round the house and it's still in one piece. The picture is quite misleading though, as the body is quite large, not tiny as the pic would suggest. It's a good strong, sturdy vacuum cleaner that sucks like crazy, and you can use a slider to easily reduce the power level. It also comes with a TWO year guarantee. For £50, I was well impressed.
