DATA RECOVERY IN MAC - HELP!!!!!

I somehow deleted a full folder of school work that I need, and emptied the trash,

How can I get it back?

I was looking at software such as DATA RECOVERY 2 but they require another HD, which I do ahve but is FAT32 format, and can't change unless I delete it all!

What can I do?
Cheers

Data Recovery is very expensive, it all depends how much you value the work you have deleted.

I don't know if this would be worth a go for you...
