I am expecting a delivery from Deal Extreme; I have a card from Home Delivery Network suggesting that they attempted a delivery. I have contacted them and they have no idea what I am talking about even though I have a card and all the details. What they are asking for is a tracking number which I gave them from confirmation email but of course thats not the number they need.

I just don't have the patience for this garbage.

Anyone had similar problems?

Are you sure there isn't a number on the card you got through the door?

No quidco and now they use HDN, I don't think I will bother with amazon anymore :x

They are the worst delivery company in this country. They are useles. Whenever they have a delivery for me it is usually on the van out for delivery for 2 or more days before I actually receive it. I have lost track of the amount of parcels they have lost on me from Halfords, WH Smiths, etc. I wish these companies would stop using them. The longest time I had to wait for a delivery that they had was in 2007, ordered things from Halfords for Xmas for my Daughters, which were sent out to me within days of ordering. At 1pm Xmas Eve a Halfords employee phoned me up to apologize after weeks of trying to locate the missing 6 parcels by themselves and I. In the end my Daughter had to go to her local Halfords to collect the items that HDNL failed to deliver. Which later they admitted to have lost.
Keep at them constantly. Don't know whether there are any contact details on their website nowadays but there never used to be, just an email form which they hardly ever reply to.

I have searched my emails and I am sure I am not expecting anything else.

Oops, just realised that the card is dated last month, neighbour just informed me that the card was pinned in the communal hallway for weeks and they put it through my letterbox on Monday.

Thanks for the feedback. At least it prevented me from sending mail to Deal Extreme.

HDN wont be DX.

DX use RM.

There must be a ref number on the card they left.

So what was it then?
