Just over £500 but I have one of these and it's a very nice telly

Have a look around yourself just put the model number in google and you should find a good range of prices

Why do you need full HD?

At 37" you will struggle to see the difference between 720p & full HD i.e. 1080p

There are also plasma tv's available at 37".

Why not consider a 37" plasma at 720p - I know that Panasonic have options around the £500 mark for these.

Finally, I would recommend looking at avforums.com/ for decent info on TVs.

Like most of the post's on here about TV's it is down to personal choice I do understand what you are saying but for me LCD wins for various reasons.

No problems at all with the remote for me! I had a LG 42" Plasma and it was a lot worse!

yea i suppose you can always buy a universal remote , toshiba tvs are real decent , but the problem with the remote is some times they work , some times they dont . it does get frustrating , goto keep standing up to switch over the hdmi channels

hello all
thank you for your replies, the reason i want a full hd tv is that I thought you need Full Hd to be able to play Blu ray or HD stuff proparly . Yet I might be totally wrong
Plasma or Lcd doesnt really matter i have 42 pioneer plasma which is just lovely

hd can be played at 720 or 1080 , like the previous post said , you dont notice too much diff on a 37 inch tv - i would say its more important to have a tv that has 24p , otherwise you get really noticable annoying jerking when watching blu rays etc - 24 represents the framerate at which the film was recorded ,i think if the tv doesnt advertise that its 24p , then it plays it back at 27 frames per second or somewhere near that , and this causes the jerking .
