Debenhams help....

I bought an iPod from Debenhams a couple of days ago. Money was taken out of my bank account. However, they then cancelled their order and are isuing me with a refund. Is it in their rights to do that? I know Amazon only take out money when the order has been completed. I cannot find any specific areas in the terms and conditions...

Rep given for any help

3.3 Acceptance of the Customers order and the completion of the Contract between the Seller and Customer will take place on despatch to the Customer of the Products ordered unless the Seller has notified the Customer that the order has not been accepted or it has been cancelled by the Customer.
