returned some goods...had various emails saying recieved, processed etc. no refund... got on fb messenger...they said allow until 24th...I did...no refund... they said its been processed and gimme a reference...so I speak to My bank ...my account has not been credited .... still awaiting debenhams next reply.... anyone had issues? I've never not received a refund before .not sure next step
