Decent football socks

Hi,

I'm after some decent football socks (online preferably, don't live anywhere near a store that'll sell them) - don't mind paying a bit for some good ones, I have some Umbro ones at the moment but they've fallen apart pretty quickly

I usually wear two pairs of socks too fwiw, so if there's a pair of really thick ones I'm not aware of then I'd probably get some

Cheers

m & s maybe??

I'm the one that washes them rather than wears then in my family, but Nike or Stanno brand football stocks are far superior to umbro. I buy Nike ones instore from SportsDirect & Stanno ones are harder to find but have a thick reinforced foot. I find my sons velco shin guards tend to put holes in umbros & they are much thinner.

Online companies I've used are Kitbag & ACA .

EDIT : sort of Stanno I mean :

Various colours available in both brands ;-)

Amazing, thank you so much guys

Think I'm almost definitely grab a pair of Stanno then - any idea on the sizes? My feet are a size 9 or 10 but it doesn't seem to easily translate to 'sock' sizes.

Cheers

usually with mens it is 7-11

oh i see its continental! 45 is a 10 so you need the guys above to let you know what the fitting is like as you could be in the largest size or one down..i would order onesize down as they will stretch but if too big wont fit at all?

looked again and it will be 41-44-which i think is sizes 7-9
