I thought it might be useful to share details of declined cashback, mainly to see if there's a retailer or two who are regularly doing this despite members being certain they have followed the correct procedure. Cashback isn't guaranteed but when you have done everything you should have it makes no sense for retailers to decline payouts with the vague, and uncheckable, claim that TCB wasn't the source of the referral.
Members here have said in the past that Three are notorious for declining - is this still the case?
Wickes and Dunelm have declined three for me recently and there's no logical explanation why so they are on a blacklist for me.
Please do chime in with your experiences, would like to see if there's a pattern with specific retailers
