Dect phones - replacing rechargeable batteries

    hi, my phillips dect (2211s) keeps dying on me. it uses two rechargeable AAA batteries. im wondering if i can replace these with standard rechargeable batteries or if they need to have a particular rating.

    Yes ,you can . Just replace them with the Nmh [nickelMetalHydride] ones .I 've just checked my phone and there 550mAh [AAA].You could put a higher rating in .
